I believe anything is possible with the right planning. However, you can only plan for so much. One of the key aspects of project managing for me is therefore drawing on my experiences in predicting any unexpected challenges that might emerge during the project and to ensure reliable managing all through the project. Furthermore motivating all parties involved and creating a mutual sense of ownership of the project.
